UNO College Republicans featured on ABC26 News New Orleans

President Steven Gassenberger and I were interviewed by WGNO ABC26 News reporter Curt Sprang on the issue of college students being able to carry a concealed weapon on their campuses if issued a permit by the state to do so. While there were a few dissenting opinion in our own organization, my stance was simple: Students have the right to protect themselves and those unarmed around them if campus law enforcement is unable to respond to a critical situation in a timely fashion.
