Grassroots Mapping the Gulf oil spill with balloons and kites

In an effort to support his strong belief in transparency, Adam Boalt has backed the grassroots mapping project led by Jeffrey Yoo Warren at MIT. Jeff holds a BA in Architecture from Yale University and spent much of that time (and the following years) working with artist/technologist Natalie Jeremijenko, building robotic dogs and so forth. We are hoping that this initiative can help with the restoration of the Gulf Coast.
