8 April 2007 sunset time lapse with large surf looking out at the world famous Banzai Pipeline. Surf looks small but actually have 20-25 feet faces.

Amazing time lapse. The way the various clouds at different levels in the atmosphere travel in completely opposite directions is really quite interesting. Thanks for sharing.

How did you do the sunset time lapse? Are you using aperture priority? Or completely manual? I always get flickering when using the AE mode, even while locking down White balance.

I use the automatic setting with the flash turned off. The camera is connected to my laptop and I use the Canon software Remote Capture to automatically take pictures at low resolution, every 5 seconds usually. I use an old Canon s40 camera.
