Where did you get the metal ashtray and a/c plate?

No internal work done. With the 1.8T's just make sure to keep it under 300ft/torque, but if you would like to actually get the turbo to perform, just upgrade rods and you'll get 400whp+ easy. In Utah we have multiple 1.8T's with the same setup with just IE rods pushing 23-25psi running 420-450whp.

how much was the tuning? i have the awp engine as well, thinking doing bt, what manifold did u buy? and wheres the cheapest staged clutch other than ebay? (also wheres the code for the tranny?)

@SUSOAB I can't remember the exact amount, but it's Unitronic's BT 630cc file which was around $900(USD). The manifold is ATP's cast manifold and with a clutch kit I got mine from Eurospec. FYI, after I upgraded my clutch I had to upgrade my axles, which I got from Raxle-axles. Not sure about the trans code, I'd look into the 1.8T audi/VW forums.
