wrong on both occasions... The reason tommy uses two capos is because since the song is capoed on the fourth fret, he puts one on the second to maintain the authenticity of tone. When you move a capo up that high it tends to throw the pitch of the tuning off a bit, placing the second one helps suppress this problem. Second of all this was taken from TE's "Emmanuel Labor" instructional video so it wasn't a concert and he wouldnt need to change copos quickly, plus its not hard to move a capo lol
