Use a transducer in a tank. Tank needs to have one hole on side to let air in. Make an intake pipe with a venturi. The hose from the vapor tank will go into the low pressure side of the venturi at engine which will pull vapor in. The intake will have a regular throttle plate to open and close letting in more air, and with more pressure, pulling in more vapor.
Use this on a generator that puts out enough to run an electric motor and you have a Hybrid that can get lots of miles per gallon.

I wish my wife was as interested in this stuff as I am.

I think I understand what you are trying to show here but must admit, the video is a bit unclear on what it is you want to prove ..
I think what would make a compelling video would be fixed volume of gasoline with no supplement, record run time ... then same amount of gasoline with supplement, record run time ... then provide summary of result ...
and please edit it down to manageable length ... just the facts and results ...
Peter, Sorry but for the life of me I can't figure out what you are trying to prove here. That air compressor and welding machine are using far more energy than that little Honda is making. On top of that you are still using gasoline. Please help me and shed some light on this experiment.

What you are viewing is an experiment running old gasoline fuel in the beginning with a little new fuel. Once the new fuel is consumed the old fuel with all the additives to the gasoline is left over. The leftover gasoline has low octane because all the leftover is the additives are left in the container. The HHO Gas machine allows it to be consumed in the engine raising up the octane.
