If everyone waited for everyone else to do something gud, nothing gud would get done!
I as a man cover up what Allah asked me.
Allah commands what men and women should do so they can compliment each other and themselves with their individual relationships, and the realtionship with Allah!
Do men wait for thier women to wake up and pray fajr everyday, Men all days a month, fast continuously, they worship the way that is complimentary with wisdom and way of equity! Not faslehood!

@mediafriend1 Muslim men have to cover also.The rules of hijab for men and women are the same.Its just that the parts that must be covered for each gender is different.For a woman,the minimum is everything but the hands the face and the feet.Some women CHOOSE to cover more.For the men,the minimum is the area from the navel to the knees.Look for Dr.Zakir Naik in a video titled Criteria of Hijab for more info.

@meeragreen Well it is your choice as every person have to stand before the God to answer his or her deeds and he is the one who have a right to make a judgement. It is nothing to do with anybody except the almighty and it will be your problem to answer him regarding your philosophy of moderation especially when he clearly stated in Quran about covering the body in certain manner. So if you think you are able to answer him then best of luck.

@SecretWarriorGirl if it`s all inside then why western women wear bikini or short skirts to cover few of their parts... leave them also :P ...
this is modesty that a woman should have to cover her from head to toe so that people can recognize her as a noble woman ... This will also differentiate her from prostitutes and dancing women....
