Thomas Blug, the Strat King of Europe, is probably the most amazing player we've had in the old continent in last years. He has become one of my top-5 guitarists in a small period of time since I first heard of him.
This song was included in his first album, "The Beauty Of Simplicity" released in 1994. Here, Thomas pays tribute to Jeff Beck with an amazing cover of his song "Cause we've ended as lovers" where he adds his awesome tone and his technique to the classical licks of the original song.
Please visit www.thomasblug.de for more information or in order to get his original stuff directly from him. Also if you're interested, take a look to his signature model recently released by Vintage Guitars based in his famous strat at http://www.jhs.co.uk/reviews/PickupSept09_V6MRTBG.pdf
The drums and keyboards sound awful on this. The guitar playing is very good but the track doesn't have the intensity of Beck's version, or even the original.

Covern bis zum geht nicht mehr!
Talent beweist sich in Kreativität, nicht in "Firmenauszeichnungen", von wegen: Player of the Year.
