Getting a Honda Goldwing on and off the Center Stand

A very quick and simple demonstration explaining how anyone can easily lift a Honda Goldwing onto its center stand, and move it back off again. Applies to all years and models of Goldwings - GL1000, GL1100, GL1200, GL1500 and GL1800.

I have a 1,800 wing by the way, which I think is a lot heavier than the ones in the videos.

@pampurrs88 Doesn't matter - I also have a 1500 which is heavier than an 1800, and the same technique works on it. Search "How to get a GL1500, GL1800, or any Goldwing on and off the center stand" for a video of me doing the same thing with my 1500.

This is a crock. There is no way one person can get a Goldwing on the center stand without someone to help. I have tried and tried and tried. There is no possible way.

@pampurrs88 You're not doing it right, then. Obviously one person can do it, as I am doing it in this video - and do so pretty well every day. This is a well-known technique used by most Goldwing owners.

how do you do this without humping the tank? I'm 5'3" with a Bonneville and there is no way in hell I could get it off a center stand without dropping it.

@pampurrs88 There is a video to the right of this post where a man with only one hand puts a Goldwing on its centre stand. Easy.

re pampurrs88 post. of course you can,i have a gl1200 and a gl1500 goldwing. the gl1200 is harder. but one person can do it with no problem at all.
