Correct: the music is the theme from the UK ITC filmed drama series "Man In A Suitcase", shown c. 1967/1968.
The music is well-known and was written by ITC-contracted composer Edwin Astley, who created music for many ITC series from the days of "Robin Hooh" right through to "Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased)", "The Champions", "The Saint", "The Baron" and "Gideon's Way".
