Isabella is turning one year old and the twins have just turned three. Miley is getting ready for Isabella's party while Nick is partying his life away.

WITH MILEY & DEMI

Miley: [setting up streamers] Hey Dems, have you seen Nick?

Demi: Sorry Miles, I haven't seen him in two days. He's starting to worry me.

Miley: [climbs down from the latter] Me too. Each day his been coming home DRUNK & I'm sick and Tired of it.

Demi: [feels bad for her] Sorry Miley. I wish I could help but-

Lauren: MOMMY! [tugs on her pant leg]

Demi: [picks her up] Yeah sweetie?

Lauren: Swister gwave me a boo-boo. [point to her finger]

Demi: Now that's not nice. [puts Lauren on the couch; gives her a bandage; and kiss her finger] Better?

Laruen [smiles] Yeah, Thwank you mommy! [runs off]

Miley: Wow, they grew up so fast.

Demi: Yeah, don't you wish they could stop growing?

Miley: [sighs] Yeah, before they get heartbroken. [grabs a balloon & fills it with air]

WITH JOE & NICK

Joe: [Spalshes Nick with ice water]

Nick: [wakes up; head throbs] Damnit Joe!

Joe: [hands him a glass of water & asprin]

Nick: [takes it] Thanks man.

Joe: Don't play that with me Nicholas.

Nick: Woah, why serious all my a sudden?!

Joe: Cause you have no right to treat Miley and Isabella like that!

Nick: Joe, you don't understand, it's just that....that I'm not ready to be a dad just yet.

Joe: The hell I do! Nick, Demi got pregnant unexpetedely but I grew a pair, and stepped up and you should to!

Nick: [speechless]

Joe: Just go and celebrate your daugther's birthday, or did you forget too?

Nick: Damnit. [runs out]

LATER AT THE PARTY

Miley: [looking for Nick]

Demi: Miley, I scanned the crowd four times. Nick isn't here.

Miley: [disappointed in Nick; sighs] Demi I think I'm going to-

Nick: Suprise. [kisses Miley]

Miley: Nick! [kisses him] Where were you?!?

Nick: I was with Joe. I'm sorry babe I didn't call.

Miley: I don't care, as long as your here and safe that's all it matters. [kisses him]

Nick: [deepens the kiss]

Demi: [Disgusted] Yeah, I'm gonna go find my husband. [walks away]

Miley: [laughs]

WITH JEMI

Demi: [walks up to Joe] Joe, you got Nick again, didn't you?

Joe: Demi, he's my brother. I have to look out for him.

Demi: Well Joe, he's going to get in trouble sooner or later with Miley.

Joe: [sighs] So what do we do? Sit back and watch thier marriage fall apart?

Demi: It's the only thing we CAN do.
