I mean 120, missed "1" 120 is how much watt you got and 28000 is the volts transformer outputs so 120 / 28000 = the amount of amps transformer outputs.

If TV is running on somewhere around 10 amps and 12 volts (10 x 12 = 20 watts / 28000 = 0.004 amps) thats not even enough to kill a person (0.16 amps or greater)

only enough to really piss your heart off but not kill you remember some stun guns are 50kv or better shitloads of pressure (voltage) but small pathway (current) aka amperage as far as major burns and losing limbs baloney

Even if amperage is high, above 100, the current must still pass thrue your heart or brain in order to cause death so if you work with 1 hand the worst thing that can happend is your hand will get darker and smell like chicken.
