According to the lamp that was heated up by the fire in the fireplace, this was an example of how power is ceased instead of bestowed and that a hand that ceases it is often burned. But when the water put out the heat on the lamp and the lamp that was no longer heated up, this gave Shemp the advantage to cease power and bestow it at last.
