the prison break parts looked cooler than the lost parts and suited the soundtrack more. where are they from?

anyhoo i loved both shows when they started. i think i was more taken with lost first. but they both started to bomb. but i think i've liked more of prisonbreak than i did lost. prob bec of went. but then lost got too complicated.i almost gave up on it esp in s2&3. but now, i'm still waiting to finish both tho. haven't seen s5 of lost and d last 6 eps of pb.
