  • @michaelyouth What has sagging skin got to do with muscles? Go to anatomy 101 chump

  • @qwertypluss I've seen many people who did these excercises and have a better face now. And ofcourse the firming up of muscles isn't going to change the shape of your face. Nobody said that. It is just going to make everything firmer. If your skin is sagging and hanging, it usually is because the muscles are out of shape. These excercises work, but I guess you are too closeminded to try them. So this discussion is going nowhere, as I'm discussing with a 12 year old retard/imbecile.

  • @qwertypluss You can firm up the muscles in the face. This can cure that ''double chin'' or saggy muscles in the neck. And I do realise what spot reduction means. It means losing fat, in a particular area. And I'll say again: This is not spot reduction, this is making muscles in your face stronger and firmer. He is not saying this is going to make you lose fat in your face. If you read more carefully, next time, you might not look like a complete retard, when you post a reply ;-).

  • @qwertypluss Instead of being a prick, try it for one month. Why do you think athletes have that taunt, tight looking face. If they pick up some weights, they also train the muscles in their face. If they swim, they do the same thing. And this is not spot reduction. This is making the muscles in your face stronger, and firmer.. Fool.

  • @OllieSaFc It's no a dress. But instead of paying attention to his clothes, pay attention to what he has to say..Or are you a fat person who needs to say that he is wearing a dress to cover up your own insecurities?

  • Is wearing a dress part of the exercise?
