First half of a video essay about (the songwriting of) Neil Finn of Split Enz, Crowded House and Finn Brothers fame. The feature is based on an original interview with Neil and illustrated with video clip extracts. Released into the fan community by the filmmaker a year ago I figured it was too good to get lost. Neil Finn is untouchable. EASILY the best songwriter in the history of music. "Together Alone" is perfection. :)

Had a chance to see him and Crowded House play during their Together Alone tour. Freaking awesome. 7 worlds collide was incredible and his son is creating some of the most creative indie music I've heard in a while

No, that is an unreleased gem (only available on live b**tlegs covering Neil's 1998 solo tour) and on a very rare test pressing of "Try Whistling This".
