@garyceaton1 Skipping around weight classes mainly. He went up to heavyweight and then came back down to light heavyweight. Gaining 25 pounds of muscle and then having to LOSE it would beat the hell out of your body. It really takes a toll.
Honestly it was a really stupid move by Roy. He should have stayed at heavyweight or retired.
