What are you talking about? First of all, the PLO has acknowledged Israel's existence and thinks that Israel should exist in peace. Israel on the other hand has acknowledged the PLO as the representative of the Palestinian people. Both the United States and Israel viewed the PLO as a terrorist group up until the early 1990's but then changed their mind.
