i think what makes the difference in this video is the fact that in his home edition of 'Fragile' plays a nylon string guitar whereas here plays a metal string!!

I've noticed that, as a general rule, his home videos attract more views than his concert videos do. There may be exceptions, of course.
His home videos are made in a smaller room, and so it's easier to achieve good sound. He's more relaxed, of course. And, he can record new songs at home; in a concert, all songs are songs he's done before. (It wouldn't have to be that way, of course, but it is).
