Actually you don't have to wiggle it out, what you do is get a paper clip, push it in the hole on the cd drives bezel, it will eject the tray, with the tray out, you can remove the bezel by releasing the tabs holding it in place. Also if you remove the bezel on the actual tray itself, you can slide the cd drives bezel off and not have to worry about it until your done.

yes you can get the front part off that has the dvd and such written on it, and dont use your dremel for long times, it will die quikly, use a file, so save it, and a jigsaw, start your cut with the dremel, then finish with the jigsaw

ya i know but on this certain drive its very difficult to take off the front without taking off the top first..
Also you dont need and shouldnt have to use a jigsaw on this small drive it isnt practical, using the dremel is fine especially around edges and tight corners unless of course your cutting something a lot bigger such as a side panel window

you didnt read my message, clearly, buddy. i said that you should try to use the dremel LEAST AS POSSIBLE THEY ONLY LAST SO LONG ive been working with dremels and jigsaws and shit loads of tool for ever ok, thats why i hand file and jigsaw mostly, dremel starts the cut, dont tell me man lol ive been diong this for years
