I know electric guitars, drums, and synthesizers have pretty much taken over modern music, which is fine. i guess. They do have a valid appeal and provide very accessible, enjoyable music, but no instrument can come close to the emotional complexity and depth of the piano. I think this cadenza is a perfect example of that.

Personally, I find his performance of the candenza far better than horowitz and argerich. Not sure if those are even considered the best specifically for the rach3 cadenza....

can i get the proper audio of the whole concerto anywhere? i just listened to it on your site but it has some weird clicking noises in the background. apart from that it might be my favorite rendition :D
