Where I've Been, Status Updates, and Birthday (by The Beatles) Guitar Cover

First and foremost, comments are appreciated, but criticism is crucial! I would really appreciate it critique, positive or negative. Keep in mind that I've only been playing since June of '09, so it's not THAT much time.

Second of all, to all my subscribers, I'm so sorry. It's been a long time and I never left you guys even a notice of what was going on. Hopefully you guys are willing to look past that and will continue to watch my next videos, as I think you guys might enjoy some guitar covers too. There won't be any more until a few months from now though, but once I do improve I will post a couple more covers and hopefully I can start becoming creative enough to post some original songs.

As for the actual video, this is my first cover, and I'm proud of it. Not so much that it's perfect, far from it, but that it is a transition from plastic instruments to the real deal. I love The Beatles (my favorite band - and no, they've been one of my favorites since before The Beatles: Rock Band) and this is a fairly easy tune so I figured it appropriate for a first cover. Some other tunes I'm learning include Smells Like Teen Spirit, Jesus of Suburbia, etc. but they weren't nearly as polished as this song is. To all the people who said Guitar Hero and Rock Band sucks or "lrn2playrlgtr", SUCK IT. If it weren't for Guitar Hero/Rock Band I'd never have picked up a Guitar. I wholeheartedly support rhythm games.

Lastly, yes, I messed up the solo. No, I don't usually do that bad. I could post a better cover sometime in the future once I fine-tune a couple parts, but for now, this is decent (enough). I got my tab from ultimate-guitar.com
