how does the glass stay on the gypsum?
does it need a clamp or something?
cause the glass-lid looks like it can fall off really easily - which may result in ants escaping

Yes you need some clamps or rubber band to hold it in place. You can also drill holes and attach some turnable wood bars for easy locking/removing.

How do you use it after putting the queen inside it? How do you feed them after closing it with the glass? is there a hole where you can put food?

Queens I don't put in such a nest. I put them into a glass test tube with a micro climate (small water section, separated by cotton batting). Only when they are a bigger colony, they can go into a gypsum nest. I drill holes and use tubes. Feeding is outside the nest, e.g. at the end of a tube attached to the nest.
