2b) Dead Stop EZ Bar Triceps Extension- 1 x 7-9, 1 x 4-6, 1 x 10-12 x 60 sec. rest
2c) Ab Rollout- 3 x 10-20 x 60 sec. rest
Finisher: Jump Rope: 30 seconds hard, 30 seconds off for 10 minutes
