thin sound is better cause you can add more of your own fatness like adding parralel compression and make it sound even phatter then mpc just my 2cents

@slimmivy Ski Beatz and Rza, but at least Rza live by his rep...he never really got down with the MP, so Rza is off the hook on this beef....but Ski be confusin me...he was banging on the SP and MP, then started fondlin with the MV and now he swears by Maschine, then I seen him again baning on the 2500, so idk, but everything you said was true how we go out and try to get what the next dude got and lose focus on what we are doing just to make a beat....LOL

Yeah, I agree on your statements! I have the MV & just like the "swing" issue, its how you set it. I love the MV, but want get Maschine later on. Will I sale my MV, no. Like you said, its all about preference!
Not to throw nobody under the bus....but JD was a producer who threw the MV out there and when I see him make a beat the MV be tucked away on the left and he be goin ham on the MPC 60 and logic, but he still one of the best producers in my top 10

@boomtomb Your right. I agree with you. JD was the reason I bought the MV back when I start buying hardware. lol

Solid points, man. You summed it all up around 11:35 - our focus should be on sounds...
