How to do body squats - This is a quick demonstration on how to do body squats. Body squats are a great lower body exercise that hits the major lower body muscles. This a great body weight exercise that you can add into your workout routine. It's a convenient and simple exercise to do if you're tight on time.

Instructions: Stand straight up with your feet shoulder width apart pointing forward. With both arms extended in front of you parallel to the ground, bend at the knees to lower your body until your upper leg is parallel to the ground. Pause, and then return to the starting position.
