So i take it that you just did level design and no scripting?

@JundoYoupo It's easy to make maps, at least I think. If you want to be able to make like mods with different weapons and such it's much harder.

Hmm my first level all ready looks abit better then this regardless im quite nooby at it and i havent got many custom meshes as im learning this in college and its currently going through the basics of this engine i only have 2 custom meshes and it will feature custom textures and such as im a noob in 3ds max i cant really make spectacular models yet lol

I would save time from movie-making and spending it on mapping. Then film something relevant and not a few mesh placement...

im downloading the dev kit atm just to play around with as i want to do games design at uni and a friend recommended it to me looks a bit complicated spesh for a noob like me lol

Keep at it dude. Despite being a novice your level had good atmosphere, which is an essential ingredient. I used to make maps for Duke Nukem which is nowhere near as complicated as UDK. I would love to learn this baby and make stuff up.
