Interesting idea, though you might want to put the camera in an "armored" box in case some brat gets the bright idea of sniping the camera with a paint-ball.

It would have been easier to just use a motion sensor if you were not going to aim the water. Overly complicated. If the system tracked and sprayed the target than that would be worth all this effort.
