routs farm, first offroad video

Here's the first time I ever went to routs farm in my series 2 land rover, dan came along in his 90. Great fun day, if not a bit cold and muddy. But thats what it's all about.

, would any land rover as long as bing road legal be ok , seen a couple of £1500 ones floating bout there 2.5 4 cylinder petrol , is that enough piff to go off road

oh yeah, any LR would be fine, the green pickup is a 2.25 and cost me 500quid and was tax exempt.

You don't need super power to offroad, tires are the biggest deal really. Have a look at suzuki SJ's too they are great for first time offroading.

how long... hum maybe 3-4 years properly and only this last year have I been getting any good :)

Ha Ha Ha Brilliant! You should get yourself up to North Derbyshire, mate. There's some cracking lanes up here!. Series Landrovers are the total mutts nuts. They have to the most fun vehicle you can buy for less than a grand. (This side of a bike anyway!)
