  • Wow, what a great weight loss. Try not to be to hard on yourself for over eating because we all do that. Keep up the good work.

  • I know exactly how you feel, especially the whole sabotaging thing, and food loving thing. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy!!! It's ok, I'm struggling too, stress and life can get in the way but we can all fight through. All you have to remember is to never give up, when you fall off the wagon just get back on right away. Forgive yourself. You will be successful, it may take longer but it's better than nothing...lol. Keep up the good work and I look forward to following your journey!!!
