VECTACRAFT horizontal cartoner for plastic bottles

Video shows MERLIN series horizontal cartoners working for plastic bottles with bottle-transfer systems. Bottles are received by a turntable from the upstream labelling machine and then buffered and fed to the screw or star-wheel, which in turn feeds them to the product conveyor of the cartoner. Thereafter the leaflet is picked from the magazine and fed to the pincers, carton is picked up by a rotary system, pre-broken and loaded into the carton chain, product is loaded and the carton is closed.

Vectacraft cartoners are available in speeds from 30 to 300 cpm in horizontal and vertical models. Both intermittent and continuous motion are designed for a gamut of products, of various industries, like pencils, soaps, tubes, bottles, IV fluid containers, sachets, blister strips, pouches, candles and many many more.
