I've lived so many years abroad and what do you think increases America's risk of foreign attacks: leaders who are respected around the world, have detailed knowledge of important issues (what is Hamas, Hezbollah, Pakistan border as safe haven for Al Qaeda,...), as Obama and Biden have.
