Soon after I begin installing, I get the following error message: "can't download the additional components needed to intall mac os X"... I am connected to the Internet when I get this message... What could I be doing wrong?

I want to do a Clean Install, and do I need two USB flashdrives if I want to backup some files so I can put them back on my Mac?
