I have a cat that fights with one of my other males. The other two are fixed but hes not. I can't get him fixed because I don't have money. Where I live money is really short so they don't offer programs to help pay for that kind of stuff. He keeps yowling in the middle of the night and I am, quite literally, on the brink of insanity. Any ideas?
