Deltoid-shoulder stretch.
For people with poor range of movements.
Take your arm across your chest, place palm on the flashy part of your forearm and pull it towards you, you should feel stretch in the shoulder-deltoids area, hold it and swap for the other arm.
I'm guessing firm up a bit whilst stretching. Or try and hold your arm higher? Idk. Give it a try.
