Such a shame when we get left on a cliffhanger and the 3rd (5th game in the series) game is probably never gonna happen now. The Viewtiful Joe series is incredibly underrated, and such a shame it wasn't as popular in US and UK. Many people missed out on this classic series.

Yeah, man. Agreed 100%.

At least it kinda got some interest thanks to Tetsunoko VS Capcom but the damage is already done and a sequel seems impossible. Still, the guys who created VJ can go to their graves knowing they made some of the greatest games of all time.

@RyoLive I never cared much for the cartoon myself XD It was ok I guess, I could watch it, but I absolutely hated Jr.

However, I grew up loving this game just like you. This game is more than just that for me, it has a deep meaning, it symbolizes everything I love. When I think which game seems like it was made FOR me, I instantly think of this one.

@TheTimeDevourer it may still happen, because thanks to marvel vs capcom 3 bringing more interest to joe (heck, thats why i bought both games) but another good thing is that okami, a game which was thought to get a sequel got okamiden, so it may be bright for vj3

You could say the same for all Clover games. Viewtiful Joe, Okami, and God Hand. They're all underrated. And, even though I'm more of a Viewtiful Joe fan, I believe Okami deserved the most praise out of all three of them.

We're probably not going to have the original VA's, and they might not have a clue as to how the main trilogy was supposed to end, but Capcom isn't exactly a company of hacks. With two games to build from, They should be able to make a fitting conclusion. Long as we aren't too picky about the small stuff, it could be great.

Viewtiful Joe is my fav Capcom character of all time, and also Frank West! I wish they made an arcade VJ for xbla or psn or even a retail game would be awesome!

When I found out I wasted the entire game getting oscars for a bad hero, i was so angry and raged, then i tried fighting the boss, and haven't beat the game YET. Then MvC3 came out, and i play with viewtiful joe all the time :)
