Toyotas are unsafe garbage. And I recently bought another car, a 2009 Lincoln LS. So you are wrong. Japanese cars are terrible garbage. I will never buy an Oriental car.

The Toyota cars don't last forever. After 20 or 30 years they just ugly away and people trade them to get better looking ones. Unlike the big three where they come in smoking/knocking/gears grinding and gasping for last breathe of air after a few years and a lot less miles than a Toyota was good for.

Yes the Japanese thought the US wouldn't fight when they punched out Hawaii. Go ask some of the Brave Japanese Veterans if the US will fight. This country has got the smartest most capable people in the world. We've got the inmates running the government.
This country is also the most generous in the world. Ask the Germans and Japanese who fed them until they got on their feet. The car industry can out do the Japanese with one hand tied behind them if they decide to.
