The Leach Pottery is managed by the Bernard Leach (St Ives) Trust Ltd., a registered charity, founded in 2005. The primary purposes of the trust are to advance the education of the public in the life and work of Bernard Leach and his circle, and the development of studio pottery, and to provide training in the art, craft and making of pottery.
@jmpmcd pottery has always been an art.

cant help thinking that pottery only became an art because some wealthy upperclass peeps decided it so....and the leach philosophy could not have been achieved but for the generosity of others of the same ilk.had a poor man decided on the views of leach no movement would have started.....

Looks like a fantastic place. I would love to visit and see the Bernard's studio and pottery in person. I hope you make future videos showing more about the Leach property and its history.

Thank you for sharing what is happening at the Pottery- very pleased with it's preservation. Could you also share archival film footage in this format?

Delighted to see the Leach Pottery developing this way. It could have fallen into disrepair and oblivion, but has instead remained and grown as a nurturing and creative institution. Extraordinary.
