Onboard MX5/Miata at Oulton Park

http://www.driver-coaching.com - Onboard the Mazda MX5/Miata #43 driven by me, Malcolm Edeson, driver coach to the usual driver Fahad Hizam.

I took the car out for a few solo laps later in the day to get some sample data. It was a busy day so no laps were clear but here is the best, albeit losing a second late in the lap wth traffic. At the end of the video are the two compromised sectors done a bit quicker as not held up so much with traffic.

Had I been able to do those last two sectors on the quick lap it would have been good enough for 4th on the grid in 2009 and thats with the car being 40kgs overweight as I had to carry Fahads race ballast.

Video is captured on a Video4 setup from Race-Technology, supplied, fitted and operated by www.driver-coaching.com. We just use 2 cameras during testing but most of my videos use the full 4 cameras available with the VIDEO4.
