This musical master piece just blows me away! I have read below some of the stupid commets. Who cares what his orientation was, this guy made history and out of it came a classic movie with a musical masterpiece. This has got to be my favorite film and the music is so beautiful. The music and film are very uplifting.

@Speukan He shows his sexual orientation in the book, and of course it really doesn´t matter, that´s why i really don´t understand why sometimes people gets angry when this is mentioned.

@Speukan Well, the thruth is that he was a bastard son of his father and after reading the seven pillars of Wisdom becomes evident that he was homosexual too. Thomas Edward Lawrence was an exceptional hero of the United Kingdom, but he was also gay and a bastard. The film is just a masterpiece and the music... doesn´t need my opinion, because anybody could appreciate it.

Ganna admit that I Enjoy this movie .. but this movie had alot of false Info ,fake Info , it delivers a nasty Ideas About Arabs !
Arabs don't leave their men Wounded in the desert without any help , Arabs don't kill without a reason
also the movie gives a VERY FALSE idea about the Hwaitat (Auda Abu Tayi's tribe) ,Hwaitat is one of the most honorable tribe in the arab countrys ,they are not thiefs or savage ,,they are known for thier Generosity ,
