I shall explain it as simply as possible so even a simpleton like yourself can understand it. A reduction in acceleration occurs when the acceleration is less than it was previously. It accelerated from zero at a uniform 64%. Please show at what point the acceleration was less than it was previously.

The Thai Kader toy factory was poorly designed and built with uninsulated steel girders and was also NOT a high rise.
Both buildings also were engulfed in flame. WTC7 had sporadic smaller fires.
