have you ever done a serious plyo program? I am also curios to see your updated standing vert vid. With a squat of 400+ with a BW of less then 180 you must be able to go 35+ inches fully recovered. Imagine what a little plyo program would do for you now

no serious plyos. just some ballistic 1/4 squats, jump squats and box jumps. i will focus on plyos once i'm happy with my standing vert.
