I am both a Harley-Davidson & Victory Rider. I love both of my bikes! The '03 Ultra Classic is a strong runner. I've ridden 1500 miles in 23 hrs 38 min, as per Iron Butt Association verification. But I love my Victory Highball. I have never been so captivated by a bike, as I have been by the Highball. It is a real screamer. Go to RTStrongDog videos for a comparison of the exhaust and more. I moved mountains to get the Highball, and I'm damn glad I did!
Just rode one. Outstandingly balanced! I'd remove a tone of stuff and definitely replace the headlight - but we know that production is easier by outfitting every bike with the same light. Oh well. The stock pipes stink and it could use some help with some power plant upgrades. Not a bad start if you like to customize a stock bike. The stock pipes need to go, too. Nice ride.
I like it. I would customize it with a 21" front wheel no front fender, more traditional ape hangers, a shorter rear finder, and one strait pipe on each side.
They can change to the old style Victory light and it looks alot better, im waiting for someone who buys this to want to change over, i want the new style light for my 04 Vegas.

Chop the rear fender, side mount the license plate and you got yourself a winner.

I don't like the Ape's, but everything else looks cool! A nice set of drag bars would look much nicer ;o)
