I see a whole new side of the Danes--you should keep it hidden. Maybe you're confused thinking this is a puff pastry recipe; I would say it's a Pastry called Danish Puff. The folksy name certainly grabbed my attention, something one might find in a church cookbook (That doesn't mean it comes from scripture.). I made it, and it was delightful. Lighten up, Danes. And you other complainers need something sweet inside you.

I lived in Denmark, danish pastry is very similar to French (croissant).
The above looks like a pie dough underneath cream puff dough.
Yuck!
