I think this is a great idea. I'm buy a home with the only place to put a TV is above the fireplace. This pull down tv rack is exactly what I'm looking for. One concern of using this type of rack is how are you going to run the wires? Does the rack give you wholes to run the wires through the arms? When is this product release and how much would it cost? Thanks.

The mount does have an integrated way to route wires that ensures the wires won't be damaged and are hidden in all positions. We are working on more videos that will show more of how the mount works. This mount should be available by the end of November, check out our website for more info.
