@QuoGirl Yep, that's right. The streaker was yelling "Josh is dead!!" Remember this film was set in the late 1960s, the early years of the Vietnam War. Josh was obviously someone the streaking boy knew, who had just been killed in combat. The young kid was protesting, basically.
