That is the simplest jump available. It is call "hollywood". A night "full combat" jump is more cool. Woww sometimes I miss those days. 82ND ABN 2/319th FAR. Airborne all the way!. 2001-2009.

Epic 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000.

So, this is what I'm missing at Bragg?

@0rganikTwitch Sort of, except you'll be doing it at night with combat equipment. Hollywood jumps like this are rare.

What where you yelling when you jumped out?

@SSFilms365 One-thousand, two-thousand, three-thousand, four thousand. It's a four-second count. If you reach four and you haven't felt your chute open, you pull your reserve. Most people don't count out loud (if at all). I should have subtitled everything outside the aircraft, too.

Nice vid, love how yu broke it down and explain how everything goes down. Someone just tuning in can get a taste. But geez, a C-17, really. Only thing missing is Mai-tais and strippers. I coulda shot hoops on this thing before i jumped.

@xvEDGEvx A hollywood C-17 jump was best suited to explain the process. I don't think doing it on a JFEX at midnight would have been possible (without night vision).
