These credits are from the episode "Djinn-Djinn And the Pied Piper", a season five episode [September 23, 1969]- Hugo Montenegro's orchestration of the closing theme was used in seasons four and five. Barton MacLane was dying of cancer in late 1968, but filmed as many episodes as he could, almost to the end [this is why Vinton Hayworth succeeded him], and died on New Year's Day 1969; his last episode {"Jeannie And the Case Of the Porcelain Puppy"} was seen in March '69 , 'towringer'.
So this arrangement of the theme music was used on the opening and closing titles on the 1968-69 and 1969-70 season episodes.

But did this particular mix of the theme song appear on the opening titles of the season 4/5 episodes when NBC originally broadcasted them?
