@marcluc1988 read the introduction of the book, where he points out that he is not a vegetarian, nor is it a vegetarian cook book.

Yotam Ottelenghi has a book out called 'Plenty' that calls itself a 'vegetarian' cook book but it contains non-vegetarian recipes!!! On top of this, he doesn't even say the recipes aren't vegetarian. What a knob!
