I know I sound politically incorrect, but there is a good reason this happened. Do you realize that hundreds of mainly "black" towns (ghettos) are too poor to even have supermarkets like Safeway in them? So it must have felt really insulting to have to wait on customers from the only minority group that DOESN'T live in ghettos... well with some exceptions
